[ placing an order ]
I realise that it is a significant decision to purchase a new instrument. In order to make the process as easy as possible, every assistance will be given to you to help you make a good choice. You can expect all the information and advice you require, together with an opportunity to talk to existing customers and to play recent examples of my work, as far as this is geographically practical.Decisions happen when the time is right. You will not be placed under any pressure and the discussions can take whatever length of time you require. Each of my customers has been confident of their choice by the time they have placed an order. No customer has ever taken delivery of an instrument that was not entirely satisfactory. An order can be placed using any method you find convenient: phone, fax, e-mail or post.
Whenever I start work on a new instrument, I accept certain expenses and my only safeguard is to take a deposit. Once an order has been placed, your name will be added to the waiting list upon payment of a deposit of approximately 15% of the value of the instrument. Please note that this deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation of an order.
Circumstances do occasionally change, because that is in the nature of life. In the very unlikely event that you later wish to cancel your order, the deposit is the total extent of your liability. You will not be involved in any further expenses of any kind. By agreement, your instrument will be sold on to another suitable customer at a suitable time. I must stress that this is extremely rare. To date, 3 customers have cancelled orders in the last 20 years.Air Freight
